Happy Thursday! It’s time for the weekly menu drop.
This Friday, we’ll be at our normal Friday evening pop-up at Wolfe and Porter from 6pm to 11pm. Come by for Scoops, Flights and fresh sour dough cones!
Note: Next Friday, we’ll have a break in our normal Frozen Friday schedule (we’re traveling out of town to see family and won’t quite make it back in time to make it work). There will be no ice cream service on August 22nd. We WILL have ice cream service on Saturday, August 23rd for an afternoon pop-up in Maker’s Alley at the North Hills Innovation District. We’ll be scooping from this menu, but don’t worry — I’ll send another email next week to remind you (and provide more concrete details once we have them).
This weekend’s menu features restocks from last week since you wiped us out real quick. I also decided to try out a vegan favorite, Vegan Left Hook Mudslide out with an improved base to see how you like it. I was careful to exclude coconut (I love coconut, but you know there are haters out there) from this version. Try it and let us know what you think! I also made a sorbet inspired by my current favorite cocktail, the Transfusion. The sorbet features concord grape juice, lime, and ginger PLUS a sour grape ribbon (and no alcohol). Highly recommend taking your scoop to the bar and popping it into a vodka ginger.
